Breeding services in Odisha is delivered through a network of AI centers present throughout the State. The category wise AI centers are as follows.

Each Departmental centre is manned either by a Veterinary Assistant Surgeon or a Live Stock Inspector in Government A.I. Center where in OMFED it is manned by trained A.I. Workers. Each AIC is provided with BA35/BA20, where as in mobile center potable Cryocans with TA55 (@ One for 3 AIC) has been supplied to provide doorstep services at farmers door.
Bovine Semen production in the State is carried out by Frozen Semen Bank, Cuttack. It is the only semen station in the State.
